These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and all purchases, subscriptions, bookings and services provided by Millesime Wine Limited ("Millesime", “we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order, subscribing, or engaging with any Millesime service — including Champagne Club deliveries, one‑off purchases, corporate gifting, events, tastings, weddings, travel itineraries or advisory services — you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

You must be 18 or over to purchase or receive alcoholic products.

We may request valid ID before dispatch or upon delivery of alcoholic products, including tastings.

Corporate or trade clients must provide accurate business details when placing orders.
3. Contract Formation

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

A binding contract is formed once we confirm your order in writing (including via email).

We may cancel or refuse orders in cases of suspected fraud, payment issues, breach of these Terms, or where required by law.
4. Prices & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£).

Prices may change without notice; the price payable is the price displayed at the time of purchase.

Payment is required in full at checkout unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payment for travel itineraries, events or corporate gifting may require deposits or staged payments and are payable within 7 days of receipt of an invoice from us.

Deposits are non-refundable.

We do not store full payment card details; payments are processed securely through trusted third‑party providers.
5. Delivery

Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.

Goods become your responsibility once delivered; title passes only upon receipt of full payment.

Deliveries of alcohol must be accepted by someone aged 18 or over.

Delivery charges and free‑delivery thresholds will be displayed at checkout.

If you request delivery to a “safe place” or third party, this is entirely at your own risk.

If returning items reduces your order value below a free‑delivery threshold, we may deduct standard delivery charges from your refund.
6. Champagne Club Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date.

You may pause, amend or cancel your subscription at any time.

We may adjust selections based on availability, vintage changes or producer allocations.

Subscription pricing, benefits and delivery schedules may change; we will notify you of any material changes.

Wines are non‑returnable unless damaged or faulty upon delivery.

If a product arrives damaged or faulty, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with supporting details (including photographs). We will assess the issue and may offer a replacement, refund or credit at our discretion.

Faults arising from improper storage, handling or opening after delivery are not eligible for return or refund.
7. Pre‑Order & Allocation‑Based Wines

Pre‑order and allocation‑based wines are offered ahead of release or arrival.

Delivery windows are estimates and may change due to producer schedules, shipping conditions or logistics.

Payment is taken at the time of ordering to secure your allocation.

Duty, VAT and delivery charges may be invoiced separately once the wine enters the UK or is released from storage.

These orders are non‑refundable once confirmed.

If a wine becomes unavailable, we will issue a refund or credit.

Pre‑order wines are non‑returnable unless damaged or faulty upon delivery.

If a product arrives damaged or faulty, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with supporting details (including photographs). We will assess the issue and may offer a replacement, refund or credit at our discretion.

Faults arising from improper storage, handling or opening after delivery are not eligible for return or refund.
8. One-off Purchases

One‑off purchases include any Champagne, wine or related products bought outside of a subscription, allocation or pre‑order programme.

All one‑off purchases are subject to availability. Vintage changes, producer allocations and stock limitations may occur; if an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will offer an equivalent replacement or a refund.

Payment for one‑off purchases is taken at checkout. We do not reserve stock without payment.

Once delivered, one‑off purchases are non‑returnable and non‑refundable, save in the event of damage, fault or material error in fulfilment.

Due to the nature of Champagne and wine — including provenance, storage conditions and producer allocations — all one‑off sales are final once delivered, unless damaged or faulty upon delivery.

If a product arrives damaged or faulty, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with supporting details (including photographs). We will assess the issue and may offer a replacement, refund or credit at our discretion.

Delivery charges for one‑off purchases are displayed at checkout. If returning a faulty item reduces your order value below a free‑delivery threshold, we may deduct standard delivery charges from any refund.
9. Corporate Gifting

We offer curated Champagne gifting for clients, teams and events.

Large‑scale gifting programmes may require advance notice and may be subject to minimum order quantities.

Personalisation options (notes, tasting cards, branded materials) may be available.

Delivery can be arranged to multiple recipients; charges may vary.

We may require a deposit for our corporate gifting service. Deposits are non-refundable.
10. Events, Weddings & Tasting Stands

Bookings may require deposits or staged payments.
-
Deposits are non‑refundable under all circumstances, including changes of date, venue, guest numbers or full cancellation.

Cancellation terms will be provided at the time of booking.
-
We reserve the right to adjust selections based on availability or producer changes.
-
Hosted tasting stands may require minimum guest numbers, travel fees or staffing fees.
-
All cancellations must be made in writing and received at least 30 days prior to the scheduled event date. Any cancellation after this date will render the cost of our services paid in full, less the cost price of any unused bottles.

We will issue the main event invoice 30 days prior to the event date, and payment must be made in full by the due date stated on the invoice.

Any additional charges incurred during or after the event (including increased guest numbers, supplementary Champagne orders, extended service hours, travel adjustments or breakages) will be invoiced after the event and are payable within 7 days of the invoice date.

Requests to reschedule an event will be accommodated where possible, but rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

If Millesime is unable to fulfil the event due to circumstances beyond our control (force majeure), we will work with you to find an alternative date or provide a credit. Refunds are not guaranteed in such circumstances.
11. Travel Itineraries & Wine‑Region Experiences

Bookings may require deposits or staged payments.

Deposits are non-refundable.

Travel services may involve third‑party providers (hotels, drivers, guides, wineries).
-
We act as a curator and coordinator; third‑party terms may also apply.
-
We are not liable for delays, cancellations, changes, actions, injury, damage, negligence or fault caused by third‑party providers.
-
Travel deposits may be non‑refundable depending on supplier terms.
12. Advisory Services

Our advisory services include guidance for private clients, collectors, restaurants, hotels and hospitality businesses on Champagne and fine‑wine selection, cellar development, education courses, wine list creation and producer sourcing.

All advice is provided on a best‑efforts basis and reflects our expertise, market knowledge and producer relationships; however, final purchasing decisions remain the responsibility of the client.

Advisory recommendations do not constitute financial or investment advice. Champagne and wine values can fluctuate, and we make no guarantees regarding future pricing, availability or performance.

Fees for advisory services will be confirmed in writing prior to commencement.

Where advisory services involve sourcing wines or Champagnes from third‑party suppliers, availability is subject to change and may be limited by producer allocations, market conditions or vintage constraints.

We do not take responsibility from third-parties that we coordinate with in this regard and third‑party terms may also apply.

Any wines or Champagnes purchased with Millesime as part of advisory services are subject to the same policy above listed in section 8 'One-off Purchase.

Any wines purchased through third parties upon the advice of Millesime are subject to such third-parties own terms and conditions and if required, you will be required to contract directly with such third-parties. We accept no liability whatsoever for the actions of such third-parties, including in the event of damage or product faults.

Advisory services may require deposits or staged payments depending on the scope of work; these will be outlined in advance.

Additional charges incurred during the advisory process (including supplementary sourcing requests, expedited procurement, or additional cellar‑planning hours) will be invoiced after completion and are payable within 7 days of receipt.

We reserve the right to decline advisory engagements where conflicts of interest or supplier limitations exist.

All intellectual property created during advisory engagements (including curated lists, cellar plans, producer notes and selection frameworks) remains the property of Millesime unless otherwise agreed in writing.
13. Faulty or Damaged Goods

If a product arrives damaged or faulty, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with supporting details (including photographs).

We will assess the issue and may offer a replacement, refund or credit at our discretion.

We may request return of faulty items for inspection.

Faults arising from improper storage, handling or opening after delivery are not eligible for return or refund.
14. Intellectual Property
All content on our website — including branding, text, imagery and layout — is owned by Millesime Wine Limited and may not be reproduced without permission.
15. Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profits or business.

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the price paid for the goods or services in question.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or fraud.
16. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to fulfil obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including strikes, supplier failures, shipping disruptions, adverse weather or acts of God.
17. Promotions & Discounts

Promotional offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.

Promotions are non‑transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

If returning items invalidates a promotional condition, we may adjust the refund accordingly.
18. Data Protection & Privacy
Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. This includes order fulfilment, account management, age verification and — where consented — marketing communications.
19. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
